Please send us your requirements and product specifications:
– what product (tee, jersey, vest, singlet etc.)
– what fabrics and accessories (grippers, special zippers etc)
– any other special requests (individual names, individual country names and/or flags)
– required quantity
– design requirements
– any questions you may have
We will send you price calculation based on your requirements and specifications.
Please send us your order in writing (e-mail is perfectly fine). We will send you back our order confirmation.
We will provide you our design template. Please send us your design using our template – preferably in vector graphics (.ai, .eps, .pdf)
If your design uses images (.jpg, .png, .psd) these should be sent to us separately and in high resolution (preferably 300 dpi). The image size should be same or larger than the required image print size on the garment.
Specifications of required colours – you can specify the required Pantone colours or you can select desired colours in person from our colour print sampler (available in our office).
Our prices include basic one time design work – product colouring, resizing and placing logos and texts on the template. Any additional design work and/or complicated and time consuming design work will be quoted extra. We will only proceed with additional design work after your approval of the cost.
For selected products you can pick also from our pre-designed ready made templates.
CONFIRMATION OF DESIGN
If the design is all prepared by you (client) we will check and confirm if it is good for production. In case some adjustments are required we will inform you and agree the next steps together. Once the design is confirmed by you we are ready to go into production.

If required we will produce printed sample for final approval of the design, fabrics and colours. Cost of the sample production will be quoted separately.
APPROVAL OF SIZES
You may also order trial set in different sizes. This is recommended for larger orders and special custom cuts. For smaller orders we usually only provide our size charts or invite customers to visit our showroom and try on different sizes. Please select the sizes you need carefully (for example compare our size charts with other garments in your own wardrobe).
PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIME
The delivery period starts after confirmation and payment of the deposit – usually 50% of the order value. The balance payment is due before the delivery of your order.
Our usual delivery time is 10-20 days – depending on the season and complexity of the design to be printed. If sample is required before the production it ads another 10-14 days to the total production time.
You can collect the goods in person from our office or we can send them to you (office addresses in Hong Kong only). Deliveries to residential addresses, outlying islands, remote areas and places outside Hong Kong can be arranged too but may involve additional shipping and handling charges.
